We have attempted to achieve this in several different ways. First you will
always deal with a senior broker. We do not want our clients to ever have
to deal with clerks or "brokers" who are not only new to the industry but
sometimes seem to just have heard the term commodities. We
understand that everyone has to start someplace; we just did not want to be
their first stop.
Of course we offer charts and delayed quotes for free, but we also provide fifty real time quotes for free daily
(you're going to have to be a very aggressive trader to need more than that).
And you will have access to the markets 24 hours a day.
While we believe that commissions, free tools and experienced brokers are
very important, we also believe in this age of automation that the human touch and
customer service is extremely important as well. As we provide what we feel
is the easiest to use and most sophisticated and comprehensive online trading

answer questions, provide support and help solve problems. We know that it
can be very lonely and frustrating to deal with glitches and problems that
could arise from the markets or technology. We are here to help and provide
as much support as you need and request.
